However, due to the continuous advancement of our AIGC product capabilities, and in order to better integrate resources, optimize our product offerings, and provide users with a more stable and efficient creative experience, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue KwiCut. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
KwiCut will officially cease all services on June 10, 2026 (New York Time). Paid users can access the product as usual until this date.
Below are the details related to the service termination:
1. May 10, 2026 (New York Time): All paid service channels, including auto-renewal options, will be deactivated.
2. June 10, 2026 (New York Time): All product services will be completely discontinued, and the product will be taken offline.
Important Information
1. Feature Transition:
After the service is terminated, KwiCut-related features will continue to be available through
Media.io Studio.
Media.io Studio will take over the corresponding capabilities and continue to provide future AIGC product upgrades and service support.
2. Refund Policy:
If you have an active subscription that extends beyond the service discontinuation date, we'll offer a refund based on your remaining subscription period. For details on how to request a refund, please contact our
customer support team.
3. Customer Support:
Our customer support team will remain available to assist you until the service is completely discontinued. If you have any questions regarding the discontinuation, feature transition, or membership benefits transfer, feel free to reach out to us anytime.
4. The KwiCut team reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this announcement, within applicable legal limits.
